Announcement for Procurement Notices

“Effective as of July 1, 2010, the Department of Water Supply (DWS) will be reducing its publication of Notices to Bidders from 3x to once per project in the local newspapers.  Notices to Bidders for DWS projects will only be published once during the week in both the Hawaii Tribune-Herald and West Hawaii Today. As stipulated in Chapter 103D and 103F HRS, we will continue to post Notices to Bidders on both the DWS website (www.hawaiidws.org) as well as on the Procurement Notices System (PNS) which is located on the State Procurement Office website (www4.hawaii.gov/bidapps).
