The Department of Water Supply (DWS), County of Hawai‘i, congratulates all Big Island schoolchildren who entered the Department’s 8th Annual Keiki Water Conservation Poster Contest!  Nearly 400 K-6 students from public, private and charter schools along with homeschoolers demonstrated their knowledge of water conservation and artistic skills through their poster entries.  This year’s contest theme was “Make Every Drop Count.”  Mahalo to the students’ teachers and parents for promoting water conservation.  Please see the entries and remember to do your part to protect and preserve our most precious resource – safe drinking water!
