The Department of Water Supply (DWS), County of Hawai‘i, congratulates all Big Island schoolchildren who entered the Department’s 7th Annual Keiki Water Conservation Poster Contest! Nearly 200 K-6 students from 12 public, private, charter and homeschools demonstrated their knowledge of water conservation and artistic skills through their poster entries. This year’s contest theme was “Being Water Wise Is …” Mahalo to the students’ teachers and parents for promoting water conservation.
